DESCRIPTION:
2008 Nitro T2 Snowboard - This twin-tipped jib stick is your ticket to advanced park/pipe action. The future of freestyle is a little bit brighter, thanks to Nitro’s new T2 Snowboard. With a soft, responsive flex and a lightweight poplar core with carbon laminates the T2 promises more pop than Pepsi, helping you hit more tricks than David Blaine. Every landing is silky smooth with Nitro’s new Progressive Profile Tips, while the Tri-Progressive Sidecut employs three different radii to ease you in and accelerate you out of powerful turns. Topped off with a seriously sick topsheet graphic, Nitro challenges you to seek and destroy that unimaginable park trick with your loaded 2008 Nitro T2 Snowboard.

Strengths: Rides perfectly for what it was designed for (park and street). Take it off the biggest jump you can find and you will not lose your footing, finally butter that box or rail you`ve been trying to because it has predictable, easily controllable flex. It`s amazing. I switched to this board from an old 05 nitro and everything was easier. Definitely an awesome board.
Weaknesses: It`s not terrible in powder, but not great. If you ride a lot of powder you`re going to find yourself looking for something else because you really have to lean back to keep the nose up. First time I went through a little bit of powder was right off the groomed trail and the switch from packed snow to loose, light powder made me fall face first because the nose dug in and I wasn`t ready for it. If you take the time to get the hang of it though, it`s fine.

The T2 was tested and designed with the help of team riders Eero Ettala, Filippo Kratter, Giacomo Kratter and Etienne Gilbert. The low profile tip and tail make spinning effortless. The tri-progressive sidecut is good for quick turns, and helps the board track straight off jumps. Built with the Hypracore 3 and Carbon-Aramid diagonal laminates for ... More»

Developed with the help of pros like Eero Ettala and the Kratter brothers, the T2 is explosive and powerful. The twin shape with tri-progressive sidecut tracks straight and sets you up for your next trick. New for this year, we put a row of Carbon and a row of Dyneema to give you more pop when you’re ollieing. Inspired by those late 70’s rocke... More»

Strengths: This board is like a strong woman. She`ll give you a heap of sh!t if you dont treat her good. But if you treat her with the respect and attention she deserves she`s the best ride you`ll ever have.
Weaknesses: My other ride is a ride decade which seems like a slow ass limo compaired to this twitchy ferarri, in other words - keep on top of it or one twitch and you`re toast. -- not the boards fault it`s purely the rider.
