DESCRIPTION:
Introducing Speed Zone™ strap technology. Tried and true comfort, performance, and ease-of-use. From massive AK lines to buttery smooth laps through the park, the P1™ gives riders like DCP the versatility to destroy any terrain. What makes this binding so different? Try a two-piece baseplate that’s soft underfoot and laterally, but stiffer edge-to-edge for the perfect mix of comfort and power. Hmm...maybe DCP’s secret is the bindings and not balls after all.

Strengths: Brilliant binding. I tested these on a test day in Soelden this summer. I was so convinced that I went home and ordered a pair. The new cap strap and overall feel are excellent. I bought the P1 Carbon, which is a bit harder then the normal P1, but both bindings are fun.
Weaknesses: Had some issues with the top strap when I first used the binding. But that seems sorted now. Also the two metal dials which show you the binding angle came off after about 2 1/2 weeks of riding. So I'd say brilliant bindings but the usual Burton quality issues if you ride them hard and long.

With the latest ultra-light hi-back, and crazier wall-to-wall padding, we done changed the game with the NEW P1.1™. Targeting shred-I’s like Mikkel Bang and Keegan Valaika who look for premium comfort in a softer flexing chassis, the P1.1 kills it from backcountry wedges to junkyard jibs. What really sets this baby apart is the unique dual-com... More»

Strengths: Amazing! Light but strong and comfortable. Locks tight and one one the best set of bindings I own.
Weaknesses: Weakness? What weakness!
