Lamar Volt

Who says camber is dead? Probably people that live in the dark but we beg to differ by providing the Volt™. This board features a Posi Cam® camber profile and a twin shape for those that know about power and arcs. Speaking of arcs we’ve added a 1 degree base and 2 degree side bevel on the sidecut to get the most out of those hard carves. Designed for boosting big transitions and popping the most massive of cliff lines, the Volt™ features two strips of carbon tip to tail with an over lapping X throughout. This gives that explosive snap you would expect just like that first time you peed on an electric fence! Underneath that carbon lurks a core made of poplar that has been hooked up to a defibrillator to keep it charged. Covering both the carbon, the core is a top and bottom layer of tri-axial fiberglass which helps add to the overall stiffness and response of this board. For those that worry about looks, we’ve made the sintered die-cuts on the base interchangeable.
