DESCRIPTION: Back from our USSR Siberian R&D facility where this binding went on the wagon and toned up with a complete overhaul. Obviously you’ll notice the new split highback. It moves in all directions and is locked into place with a heavily tested, battered and beaten Beefy 2 FLD, which has passed with burly colors. You have to ride this to believe it!
