Back Flip Don't believe your friends telling you backflips are lame, they just don't have the balls to go upside-down. Just look at Damian Sanders pulling backflips off 30-foot cliffs in Critical Condition, not too lame after all, huh? 1. - Hit the kicker with a good amount of speed and try to kick yourself in the face. Well not literally, but just to start the backward rotation. 2. - Throw your hands back to help in the rotation. Lean your upper body backwards and you should be pretty much upside down by now. 3. - You'll see the kicker - upside down - but unless you want to land on your neck, bend your head backwards a bit more. There you go, now you see the landing and all you'll need to do is wait for your board to hit the snow. |
