How To Ride Powder

The key to riding powder is having a board with ample nose so you can stand almost centered on the board and not have your nose diving under the snow.

If you do have a twin tip or board with a small nose then move your stance all the way back so you can sink the tail allowing the nose to float above the snow.

Nothing is worse then having 90 percent of your wait on your back leg trying to keep your nose up. Once on the right equipment it is easy.

Make sure to get up to speed so your board is floating and then effortlessly lean over to turn and let the board float you down the hill.
